ALDEN Technology and Development is a global consultancy specializing in Corporate Governance, Business Strategy, and Institutional Policies. We operate with a focus on corporate solutions, boards of directors, and senior management, always with tailored approaches for each client.
Our team is composed of consultants and associates, under the leadership of ALDEN’s executive management: Luiz Alberto de Castro Wille, engineer, business administrator, and Master of Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University (USA). With experience as CEO of O Boticário, Director at Volvo and an IBGC-certified board member, Luiz leads projects with strategic vision and strong executive expertise.

Global Franchise Consolidation
As CEO, he structured the company, taking the O BOTICARIO brand to world leadership in cosmetics franchises. He laid the foundations for corporate governance, management and IT technologies and international expansion, professionalizing management and consolidating the group's sustainable growth.
Restructuring and International Performance
As head of the Volvo Business Intelligence Network in South America, he led M&A, redesigned the dealer network and implemented new operating models. He worked on strategic negotiations with headquarters in Sweden, France and the USA, increasing global competitiveness.
Energy Infrastructure Projects
He conducted economic and financial analyses for 18 hydroelectric plants, for example Machadinho, carried out in consortia with Alcoa, Votorantim, Valesul and Celesc, among others.
Multi-sector expansion
Founder of Alden Consulting and advisor to leading companies such as Chairman of the Board of Tuper S.A (ArcelorMittal), and advisor to Buschle & Lepper, Volvo Serviços Financeiros and Grupo Glória. Luiz Alberto de Castro Wille
A Civil Engineer and Business Administrator who graduated in 1975, Luiz Wille complemented his education with a specialization in Systems Analysis and earned an MBA in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University (Ohio, USA), building a career that combines strategic vision, technological expertise, and international experience.
The original concept behind the name Alden Tecnologia e Desenvolvimento was to transfer management know-how into business development, integrating solid experience as an executive, technical specialist, systems developer, university professor, and a professional continuously engaged in multidisciplinary learning, including artificial intelligence technologies.
Luiz served as CEO of the O Boticário Group, Statutory Director at Volvo do Brasil, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tuper S.A., part of the ArcelorMittal Group, and Board Member at Buschle & Lepper, Volvo Financial Services, and Grupo Glória, as well as several non-profit organizations, among others.
In Corporate Governance, he has led the implementation, development, and evaluation of boards for large and mid-sized companies in Brazil and internationally.
